Why Choose CraftMaster?

The Closing Process

  • 1. Schedule Your Closing Date

Please call your closing attorney or settlement agent approximately two weeks prior to closing to schedule the date, time, and location that your closing will take place.

  • 2. Obtain Funds for Closing

You will need to bring Certified Funds to closing. These funds will include any balance due on your down payment, closing costs, and/or prepaids. Your Loan Officer will communicate this amount with you prior to closing.

  • 3. Paperwork is Signed

The Closing Attorney will have some final paperwork for you to sign, such as: HUD Statement, Deed of Trust, Warranty Deed and Mortgage Note

  • 4. Congratulations!

Congratulations on your new CraftMaster Home!
