We realize that emergencies can happen at any time, weekdays, weekends, evenings, etc. That is why we have provided emergency contact information for your contractors. However, please remember to call CraftMaster Homes on the following business day to report the emergency, so that we may add it to our Customer Service production schedule and follow-up to ensure that the work is completed. 1. The total loss of heat (both primary and secondary heating sources do not function)
2. The total loss of electricity (not caused by a Dominion VA Power outage)
3. A plumbing leak that requires the main water supply valve to your home to be shut off
4. Total loss of hot water, and you cannot get the water heater pilot light lit again (if gas)
5. Total sewage stoppage
6. Any situation that endangers the occupants of the home
Kitchen appliances are warranted by the manufacturer for one year from the closing date of your home (refer to the literature provided by the manufacturer for complete details). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to call the customer service number provided by the manufacturer. When you call, please be prepared to provide the model number, serial number and the date you closed on your home.
