60 DAY LIST

Please Note: This lists are handled in the order that they are received.

As part of CraftMaster's Customer Service Program, we are pleased to offer you this opportunity to submit this "60-Day List". While inspecting your home, please follow the guidelines below and list only those items which are covered.

    ITEMS COVERD
  • Backordered items such as light fixtures;
  • Sticking or inoperable doors;
  • Missing hardware (locks, towel bars, etc.);
  • Areas MISSING caulking;
  • *Drywall nail pops or blistered seams;
    ITEMS NOT COVERD, including, but not limited to:
  • Dings, dents, scratches, holes, stains, gouges, cracks in sinks, tubs, and plumbing fixtures, doors, trim, hardware, and floor coverings.
  • Dings, dents, scratches, stains, gouges in cabinets and countertops;
  • Broken or scratched windows, light fixtures, screens and mirrors;
  • Drywall with dents, dings, holes, gouges;
  • Touch up painting of any kind other than due to a warranty repair;

*Drywall repairs involve a time consuming process. To inconvenience you as little as possible, we ask that you only list drywall repairs on ONE list - either this list or your One Year Warranty List.

I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SUBMITTING THIS REQUEST FORM, IMUST PROVIDE ACCESS TO MY HOME BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7:00 AM AND 3:00 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, FOR SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. OUR WARRANTY SERVICE DEPARTMENT DOES NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS.

UPON RECEIPT OF THE SERVICE REQUEST FORM, A REPRESENTATIVE AND/OR SUBCONTRACTOR OF CRAFTMASTER HOMES WILL ADDRESS EACH ITEM AND PREFORM WARRANTY SERVICES ONLY ON THOSE ITEMS COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY POLICY. PLEASE USE YOUR 2-10 WARRANTY BOOKLET AS A GUIDE WHEN COMPLETING YOUR LIST AS WE USE THIS BOOKLET AS A GUIDE WHEN DETERMINING WRARANTY COVERAGE.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE WARRANTY PERIOD COVERS TWELVE MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF CLOSING; THEREFORE I AGREE TO SUBMIT THE SERVICE REQUEST FORM (S) IN A TIMELY MANNER.

I UNDERSTAND THAT IN THE EVENT IT IS NECESSARY TO HAVE FURNITURE REMOVED TO PERFORM A SERVICE, IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THIS IS DONE PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL OF THE WARRANTY SERVICE PERSONNEL. NEITHER CRAFTMASTER HOMES NOR ITS SUBCONTRACTORS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MOVING FURNITURE.

I UNDERSTAND THAT AT NO TIME DURING THE FIRST YEAR, AFTER THE INITIAL ORIENTATION WALKTHROUGH, WILL CRAFTMASTER HOMES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAINTING ANY PORTION OF MY HOME. IF SHEETROCK WORK OR CAULKING IS NECESSARY, I UNDSTAND THAT IT IS MY RESPONSIBILTY TO PAINT AFTER SAID WORK HAS BEEN PERFORMED.

I UNDERSTAND THAT SHOULD QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ARISE, I WILL BRING THESE TO THE ATTENTION OF THE APPROPRIATE PARTY AND/OR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WARRANTY MANAGER.
